--- Comment #45 from mbs <[email protected]> --- I was able to manage this issue by reducing GracefulShutdownTimeout value and increasing MaxClients / MaxRequestWorkers value to make more room for Apache scoreboard . Also I reduce no of MaxKeepAliveRequests Apache global level.
