Upon Apache upgrade from 2.2.22 to 2.4.7 with the OS upgrade of Ubuntu 12.04 to
14.04, modules are not compiling.
Specifically the val_cert_module, which I cannot find any documentation on, and
a Mutex argument.
Val_cert_module is reporting an error that the apache is expecting a different
signature, specifically the one for 2.4. It is reporting the one for 2.2.22.
Mutex is returning invalid directories.
