Patch for timeouts
Based on this never-backported commit
https://github.com/apache/httpd/commit/9ebf6c7d4b561f900c348d378ab03d33d480c6bc
and the first hunk of the patch provided in BZ 61488. mod_proxy as well as
mod_proxy_http send wrong status codes when a timeout has been reached. I do
nott agree with all changes in 9ebf6c7d4b561f900c348d378ab03d33d480c6bc, but
this can be discussed.
I have patched the obvious cases where a timeout is reached and hope this can
be applied to 2.4.40.
