Patch for server/mpm_unix.c to set the exit status for "httpd -k stop"

It seems that the exit status for "httpd -k stop" isn't set if sending the
signal fails.  I looked at the old apachectl (ver 1.3.0) and it sets a non-zero
exit status in that situation.
