The Android UserAgent correct response size is 12288 byte and iPhone user correct response size is 960 byte but on 16:38:36 this wasn't the case. We are trying to figure out the switch that happened on the apache level or from RestAPI where the PHP curl on the apache is calling. But there is a firewall between the apache server and RestAPI server, and we have checked the packet sizes it shows the response from RestAPI is correct.
