Yoch <yoch.me...@gmail.com> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Version|2.4.25 |2.4.46 --- Comment #2 from Yoch <yoch.me...@gmail.com> --- (In reply to Yoch from comment #0) > Created attachment 37768 [details] > Apache status summary > > Hi, > > I noticed that our production server has several processes in the "stop: yes > (old gen)" state, which leads to excessive memory consumption. After two weeks of observation, it's pretty clear that gracefully finishing processes can't complete due to the websockets connections. (this is quite easy to reproduce, simply do graceful restart several times) If this is correct, it means that mod_proxy_wstunnel is seriously flawed, and may even interfere with apache operations under certains conditions, by preventing stopping processes to finish. For now, my workaround is to restart our apache server every night to cleanup all the stopping processes. NB: I updated to the latest stable version of Apache (2.4.46) and the problem still occurs. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: bugs-unsubscr...@httpd.apache.org For additional commands, e-mail: bugs-h...@httpd.apache.org
