There shouldn't be a way to remove the "Expect" header if mod_proxy does
"100-continue" forwarding.
Do you configure "Proxy100Continue Off"? In this case the patch should work for
you too, but otherwise removing "Expect" would be a protocol violation that
could cause deadlocks.
