Bot sẽ đều đặn kiểm tra mirror (cache output trong 1 giờ) và nếu mirror không được cập nhật trong khoảng 90 phút thì sẽ cảnh báo cho các thành viên trong kênh irc, và gửi email thông báo tới các thành viên (email plugin)
