 It was suggested that I look for an existing CRC-16 implementation in
 the kernel and failing that, move the included CRC-16 routine into
 onewire_subr.c.  There are existing crc32 routines and a couple of
 CRC-CCITT (16 bit) ones but I haven't been able to locate one with
 the CRC-16 poly of x^16 + x^15 + x^2 + 1.  I hope I'm not missing it.
 Here's a new diff that moves the CRC into onewire_subr.c at least.
