Synopsis: Parsing Error in /etc/security Script

State-Changed-Why:
User names may not contain spaces. Don't be totally ridiculous.
You are correct, user names may not contain spaces. However, the home
directory defined for a user may have spaces. Not a good practice, but
a directory name with space characters it is valid. The parsing error
occurs when the home directory in /etc/passwd contains a space character.
