Dear all. Here I am trying to relato to whom that can fix a possible bug.
I will try o be the most descriptive (and simple) as possible. Here it goes: - I'm configuring a firewall using a ASUS Barebone PIV 3.0ghz with 2 NICs (ASUS NX1011) -> the OpenBSD uses the stge driver; - OpenBSD 4.3 configuration: - just one partition + the swap; - PF activated with "normal" rules; - httpd active for mrtg propose; - the two ASUS nic's work perfectly. They are connected to a Enterasys C2 switch (10/100/1000) with proper VLAN configuration; - everyting's working find! - Open BSD 4.7 configuration and the same machine - same as 4.3; - PF adapted; - on the same switch/ports, it doesn't work. When I do tcpump on any vlan interface, nothing happears. The ports are well configured, I'm positive! - dmesg doesn't show anything suspicious neither the log on the /var/log dirtecory; - when I connect to another switch, this one 10/100, it works perfectly.
