The system setup is as following:
- Installed from TFTP boot, on the USB stick (sd2)
- root on sd2a
- swap on sd2b
- Installation went fine, then after first reboot:
- boot kernel from TFTP, since its not possible to boot from
USB stick
- wait until the kernel asks for the root disk, enter sd2a
- then it asks for the swap, enter sd2b
- then immediately it dropped to ddb>
- this only happened once after the reboot, a subsequent reboot worked
fine then.

- not yet repeated, when it happens again, I'll report back

- try again to reboot, it seem to not always happen
