I've upgraded the system to the latest 4.9 snapshot (02. Feb. 2011) to check
if the bug has meanwhile been fixed:
Unfortunately that's not the case. :-(

Since I've set up an IPv6 alias on an internal vlan and carp interface two
days ago the system kernel panics after some minutes of running under load. 

Strange to say that is also panics when bringing down the IPv6 traffic, now.

I'm at my wits' end. Please advise.
