ok with the "ktrace -i", i have found the problem:
1474 ntpd NAMI "/etc/resolv.conf"
1474 ntpd RET open -1 errno 13 Permission denied
(root@ns2) root#ls
-l /etc/resolv.conf
-rw------- 1 root wheel 42 Feb 8 11:14 /etc/resolv.conf
it is better with a 644 !
