Team, Problem is:
Failed Usb device plugging in first loading machine. First loading - means to switch off power cable from socket. After reboot machine or after halt command usb devices was properly plugged to system. I checked snapshot 4.9. Problem still exists. My motheboard is: http://www.supermicro.com/xeon_3400/Motherboard/X8SIE.cfm?IPMI=Y&TYP=LN2 In attachment two dmesg outputs: 1. after first loading 2. after second loading Which additional info should be presented? How long it take to resolve this problem?
