I'm currently on the Feb 7th snapshot, and this hasn't happened since then.
Since then, I have, two or three times, seen slow boots which seem to be the
same sort of issue, but it does actually complete. On those occasions there
have been large pauses (perhaps ~10 seconds) at some of the USB probing
lines, but it doesn't totally stall as it did before. Given that I've been
running this for a month, that also suggests that the frequency of this
fault has much diminished. Although it's a bit annoying, I'd say it's not
serious any more. I'd suggest closing the bug; if I do notice the pauses on
March snapshots, I'll file a newer, more appropriate, bug report.
