I have repeatable kernel panic at installation process.

I tryed install OpenBSD 4.9 from install49.iso and OpenBSD 5.0 from
install50.iso and got the same result.
ISO was downloaded from http://mirror.corbina.net/pub/OpenBSD/ mirror.
There is no problem with my hardware. I have stable work Ubuntu 11.04 on
this computer.

Sorry, i don't know how to save install output to txt file, thats why i did photo.

Also i did update my ALiveNF6G-VSTA BIOS to v.2.20. Same error at install.

21.10.2011 UPDATE:
I tryed to load bsd.mp at install, and after kernel panic there was ability to enter dmesg, trace and pic commands.

Sorry, i can't save output to txt. When install started there was information about my USB flash. System see it as sd1 device. I tryed:
mount -t msdos /dev/sd1a /mnt
mount -t fat32 /dev/sd1a /mnt
mount -t ntfs /dev/sd1a /mnt
but without any results.

Also, i can confirm that FreeBSD 8.2 have not this issue, because i was able to successfully install it.
