For mg, like most programs, you'll need to use a debugger to produce
this. With a source tree installed, do this, to get a copy of mg built
with debug symbols (so it can show function names etc) :-

$ cd /usr/src/usr.bin/mg
$ make obj
$ make clean
$ make DEBUG=-g
$ sudo make install

When it crashes,

$ gdb /usr/obj/usr.bin/mg/mg mg.core
bt full

Do you have an /etc/malloc.conf symlink? if so, what flags are you using?
