Problems with SDL aplications windows - SOLVED

Hello
Problems were solved by removing of SDL patches 
patch-src_video_x11_SDL_x11{sym_h,video_[ch]} from SDl ports and recompiling.
Mouse focus on SDL window no longer turns screen black/
