IBM model 8480-33X (x205) server
P4/2.4 GHz

Flash EEPROM revision level JPE145AUS
BIOS Date 10/01/2003

When attempting to install OpenBSD 5.1 _or_ 5.0 from CD-ROM media,
throws "trap: (0, 0): invalid opcode fault" while or shortly after disk
devices are enumerated.

ACPI has been disabled.

The BIOS is several minor revisions outdated--the current revision is
1.53 from 2005-11-17. I am working on installing the newest BIOS which
requires me to install Linux first.

The following is a transcription of the error. The conditions are not
ideal, and I have to transcribe to paper and then decode my own
writing--so if there is something that seems more like a typo than a
problem with the software let me know and I will triple check.
