After reading http://verb.bz/installing-openbsd-using-softraid/ and
http://blog.cochard.me/2012/03/openbsd-51-installation-on-sofraid4.html
and http://www.undeadly.org/cgi?action=article&sid=20111002154251 it is
clear OpenBSD is able to boot from a RAID 1 volume.
Softraid (4) still states this: "There is no boot support at this time
for any disciplines."
Besides this bug in documentation, I would be thankful if somebody could
tell me if it is possible to boot with root on a RAID5 device. In a
project I will begin soon working on, this would be useful.
