If the touchpad gets touched, the following line is printed repeatedly:
pms0: not in sync yet, discard input (state 0)
There is no movement of the cursor.
Same behaviour for X and console mouse.
Interestingly, after suspend/resume, the touchpad works fine!
The problem does not seem to be related to the latest changes to pms.c,
the device does not work with 5.3 too.
