The USB keymaps are generated from the PS/2 keymaps, and there was a bug translating the JIS-specific keys. In addition to your diff, symbols 138 and 139 (Muhenkan and Henkan) need to be exchanged. This is fixed in HEAD. Thanks for reporting this! Miod
