We have this real cool 'jobs' command in the OpenBSD 5.5 system. I'm
running the AMD64 version.

Anyway, I was using mail and I decided to control Z my letter.
I immediately ran the 'jobs' command and saw it was there as job #1.

So, I decided to use the 'fg #1" command to bring my email message back on
the screen,
as you would do normally and there is no fg command. So, I thought, I'd
just look at
the 'man jobs' to find out what jobs controls OpenBSD uses and there was no
manpage.

So, next, I decided to run the following command "Kill 1" which should just
kill job #1.
Well, it took the system down as I was root.

People, I'm very confused here because there is no documentation on the
jobs program.
I would like to use jobs but, how do you foreground without a fg command????

Thanks for any help you can spare....

Charlie
