I wasn't quite sure if this would be the appropriate list to submit to,
my apologies if this is incorrect one.

When trying to `pkg_add` packages that depend on the existance of SSL
libraries, pkg_add consistantly runs into errors:
$ sudo pkg_add git
Password:

After some discussion on #openbsd@freenode, it looks like an issue with
delays in building. Compiling mosh and it's depedency, protobuf, from
the ports tree works just fine, though. So it appears to be an issue
concering delay in building packages for this snapshot.
