  Tested with fvwm same outcome.

OpenBSD 5.8 (GENERIC.MP) #3: Tue Jul 28 00:28:49 UTC 2015
    [email protected]:/usr/src/sys/arch/amd64/compile/GENERIC.MP

Ctrl-c in the terminal startx was run in will shut down Xorg and cwm
cleanly.

How would I go about collecting precise debug information
 specific to this issue.

I would like to post the data.

 I have read www.OpenBSD.org/faq/faq2.html
( 2.4 - Reporting Bugs - How do I get more useful info for developers )

     Thanks in advanced.
