The HTTP daemon on ftp5.usa.openbsd.org is refusing connections on it's
IPv6 address.
$ host ftp5.usa.openbsd.org
ftp5.usa.openbsd.org is an alias for obsd.isc.org.
obsd.isc.org has address 149.20.54.217
obsd.isc.org has IPv6 address 2001:4f8:3:36::217
$ telnet 149.20.54.217 http
