>Description:
When using relaysd as a TLS client, the 'ca file' option should enable
certificate verification. The man page suggests that OpenBSD provides
a default: /etc/ssl/cert.pem. However, if that file is used, it is too large
and the configured relay will fail to start. Besides the relay
not starting up, there is also no obvious error message presented to the user.
>How-To-Repeat:
Using the following relayd.conf:

Start relayd in the foreground: relayd -d -vvv -f /etc/relayd.conf
Output will not show an error, however a connection to 127.0.0.1:80 will not
complete and relayd will not report a session.
If you remove 'ca file "/etc/ssl/cert.pem"' from the config and restart, you
will see "relay_launch: running relay wwwtls" lines logged indicating success,
and will be able to connect.
>Fix:
Creating a file containing only the necessary CA certificate and
loading that with 'ca file' works around the size problem.
The code should either handle a large file size or check for a maximum and
display an error, or at least, check for any failed imsg and report
an error.
Something in config_setrelay() is limiting the file size, or the imsg size
specifically it seems. Also calls to proc_composev() and
proc_composev_imsg() here and in other places are not checking for a -1 return
value so can't report an error.
