After the commit on NVMe from mpi@ I was able to install openbsd
on my mabookair7,1 (GPT). I placed the BOOTX64.EFI on the EFI partition,
and I can access to it by holding `atl`, even found the disk and
`machine diskinfo`, show the right disk, but can't boot, with boot>, boot> boot
hd0a:/bsd, always got a not found
