Perl's Plack and Dancer frameworks reject that in a Lint test
and suggest that SCRIPT_NAME should be empty instead.

fastcgi socket "/run/fcgi.sock"
}
Then visit the page http://192.168.1.1/ -> error page from Plack
instead of expected action.
workaround: Plack can use --no-default-middleware
