Hi, Trying to use OpenBSD with 6.2 beta with a Lenovo Ideapad 14'' IBR-14'' Intel Celeron CPU N3060 @ 1.60GHz, 32GB SSD, 4GB RAM, based in the Broadwell chipset ; however I am having random lockups when using Firefox under xorg i3 or Lumina.
uname -a OpenBSD xxxx 6.2-beta (GENERIC.MP) 50... Aug 27 I initially suspected it might me apmd, and already tried with or without it. I am led to suspect it is the recent patches to the Intel i950 that are creating the instability. To prove, or rule out that possibility I also tried to use wsfb as was doing with 6.1, https://unix.stackexchange.com/questions/370074/using- xorg-in-a-lenovo-ideapad , however it is returning an error about an invalid ioctl. Would you recommend a different approach?
