Add Ubiquiti Unifi Security Gateway support to OpenBSD

Attached is a patch that adds the Ubiquiti Unifi Security Gateway  
identifier to OpenBSD/octeon.

I made the same change to FreeBSD.  The USG is virtually identical to  
the EdgeRouter Lite, except maybe the CPU clock speed.
