Some older HP ACPI BIOS are a bit broken. I would suggest trying to find
a BIOS update. I don't know if it will help, but there's a chance it
might. Otherwise I'd look for a different machine if you want to try
running OpenBSD (or try it in a VM), this is not going to be a good
first machine to run OpenBSD on ..
