You're not very specific about what actually didn't work :)

I think it likely that you ran into the dhclient segfault that was fixed
earlier today. It prevented interfaces from getting a lease and thus you
probably had no access to the network.

If the problem persists also with the next snapshot, please try to
upgrade manually and provide a clear description of the problem you
face.
