It seems ohci is USB 1.1 keyboard serving controller. The panic about it
showed by ddb{}. I obliged to set in BIOS both 1.1 and 2.0 modes because
the box has only USB ports to connect a keyboard.
I tested run(4) device on all ports including USB 3.0 ones, but 7 times
of 10 Ralink RT3070 stops with the error when run(4) device is connected
to 6.3amd64 DURING BOOT mostly. There is no, or very rare panic when
run(4) connected and started while system booted already.
The same issue with run(4) device (it looks 'the same' from user side)
was with 6.2amd64 before. Please refer for previous posts for details.

After removing USB cable from the RT3070 no one USB device works since
than, including USB 1.1 keyboard.
Afterwards, I see this, but cant input any command to ddb because of
keyboard is not working in the moment of panic.
