Still trying to figure out where those interrupts may come from...
I had a look at my X220 (which does not present this problem) to compare
the interrupt rates per driver and see if anything was obvious. Here's
the output of "vmstat -iz"
Thinkpad X220:

Compared to my Latitude E7450 (Intel Core i5-5300U/Intel HD Graphics

Latitude E7450:

Please note that when I gathered this output, I was in single user with
all possible devices disabled in the BIOS. I was still experiencing an
average 50% interrupt load on CPU0 (see my previous mail below) right
after boot.
The only noticeable differences I see are the ahci0 and inteldrm0
devices. I can't tell if this is sufficient to explain the interrupt
load.
What else could I look at ? Any advice would be welcome.
Many thanks !
As a reminder, please find my dmesg below:

Hello,
Thank you for having answered so quickly.
It totally makes sense, thank you for having put me back in the
right direction.
I'm still trying to figure out where this high interrupt load can
come from. To do so, I disabled all the devices I could in the BIOS
to see if any could be the cause:
- Network adapter
- Wireless cards
- USB stack
- Intel Turbo mode
- Camera, microphone and sound card
- Memory card reader
...
Then I tried booting the laptop in single user mode, but I'm still
experiencing high interrupt load on CPU0, despite nothing except the
shell was running.
Please find "top", "vmstat -iz" and "vmstat -s" outputs captured in
single user mode below:

I'm new to OpenBSD and lacking experience. I don't really know what
else to check or can do to go further.
Do you have any advice that could help me ?
Thanks so much !

I'm facing a very high interrupt rate on irq0/clock on
a Dell Latitude
E7450 laptop.
interrupt total rate
irq0/clock 419735 389
100 per cpu. 4 cpus.
Looks a lot like this:
interrupt total rate
irq0/clock 1591933050 599
on a 6 cpu machine.
Sorry, your interpretation is incorrect.
