I have no idea if a syspatch will be provided for this to make it super easy, however it wouldn't be too painful. All you need is to rebuild the kernel, the other 7 syspatches are provided on "http://www.openbsd.org/errata63.html"; to apply easily. The point of stable is that it isn't volatile.
