to access http://127.0.0.1 are refused with error 403 forbidden.

/var/www/htdocs/index.html will work fine.
mount /dev/sd0i /var/www
put copies of the same /htdocs/index.html in it, and then use the
same browser
to access http://127.0.0.1 - it is refused with error 403 forbidden.
