Dear OpenBSD developers,

I haven't found the ssh-keygen -o option in the man page. Have I missed
something? [0] tedu@ wrote about it in a blog some time ago. [1]
Interesting thing, FreeBSD and Debian has it documented in the manpage
[2], [3] but I cannot find the option on an actual Debian Testing
installation too.

There seems to be some inconsistency.
