Description: I have a Dell Vostro 1000 (full system information (dmesg) and
acpidump/pcidump available
https://docs.zoho.com/file/idg4s923efb32501c458393436d8b9f7ef3a2) that kernel
panics almost immediately upon startup if acpipci is not disabled (discovered
with help from the kind folks at r/OpenBSD). Screenshots of the kernel panic
are available https://imgur.com/a/HKLtBzN.

How-To-Repeat: Boot the laptop without using boot_config to disable acpipci

Fix:

A workaround is running "disable acpipci" in boot_config (started by executing
"boot -c" at the "boot>" prompt); the system will function entirely normally
then except perhaps suspend/resume etc. (untested).
