I have also been having the same problem for a few snapshots.
It boots, crashing at any time, during boot or after starting X or without
using X. It always powers off.
I assumed that it was a memory problem, but I just replaced with a new
memory stick. It didn't help.
Here is a dmesg from a boot that got far enough along to produce one.
I've been watching for someone else to report this problem, otherwise I
was thinking hardware problem.
I have full access to the hard drive, is there anything else useful I
can pull off of it before trying a newer snapshot?
I also moved the swap file to different disk sectors. No help.
disable amdgpu also didn't help.
Here is the dmesg. I will also give another go at a newer snapshot too.
