>Description:
        After startup the touch screen works out of the box, while the pen
        digitizer needs a bit of calibration.  After suspend and resume
        however, all touch and pen inputs move the cursor to the lower right
        corner, and only a very small area at the upper left corner is
        mapped to the actual screen.
>Fix:
        A workaround is to run the following after resume
        $ xinput enable /dev/wsmouse2
        $ xinput enable /dev/wsmouse4
