There are lots of fixes in the firmware changelog after your version,
I highly suggest you update it.

Both machine descriptions look good to me, nothing odd with those nodes.

Given the old firmware, I now rather suspect the machine itself to be
the culprit.  Around relese time, I've been working on ldomctl on my
T4-2 and never experienced any of your issues, so it seems unlikely to
me that snapshots will fix it for you, but you should try nonetheless.
