Hello.
I found a mistake in smtpd.conf(5) man page.

DESCRIPTION
- match options action name
-- [!] from auth user | <user>

[ Description ]

There are duplicate headers. Perhaps, according to the descriptions, the latter 
should be:
"[!] from auth regex user | <user>".
