This happens because there is no driver in OpenBSD yet for the GPIO
controller of the Intel 400 Series chipset:

I'm looking at writing a driver for that, but I don't have hardware to
test on so this may take a bit of back and forth.

Sounds like geylisting to me.  The @openbsd.org mail server will
initially block you, but your MTA should retry after some time and
then the mail server will let the message through.
