>Description:
when connecting to repeater/extender(192.168.0.100), which
doesn't have it's own dhcp server, instead of getting ip from
dhcp server on 192.168.0.1, dhclient fails with the following
messsage:
urtwn0:no lease...........sleeping
If I set up dhcp server on repeater/extender, it get's the ip,
but it only maintains the connection for about 8 seconds until
192.168.0.1 becomes unreachable(192.168.0.100 is still
reachable, so idk if it's a problem with my repeater or not).
This bug has occured only after I upgraded from 6.7 to 6.8.
>How-To-Repeat:
connect to repeater/extender(192.168.0.100) and run:
# dhclient urtwn0
>Fix:
connect to 192.168.0.1 directly or configure the
repeater/extender to have it's own dhcp server(in the latter
case connection is unstable).
