I don't think you mentioned the date of the working one, could you include that please. It would be helpful to include dmesg from both working and non-working (you may still have them both in /var/log/messages*).

How-To-Repeat:
        This seems to have broken in a Feb snapshot
Fix:
I haven't been able to identify how to fix it. I thought it might have been because of a change in sys/dev/pci/if_re_pci.c, but reverting it didn't solve the issue by building a custom kernel. I rollback to this snapshot.
