What really needs to be done is compare the files generated by 6.3
ldomctl and the 6.4 ldomctl (or 7.0 ldomctl) such that we have a clue
what your particular firmware version barfs on.

If you can bundle up the files and send them to me, I can take a look
if I can find some time.
