It comes up in 24bpp, the display is offset to the right significantly, at least 150 pixels off the edge of the monitor. I don't own a crt anymore though, and that's obviously the display type this video chip was intended to drive. This is only a problem for me since samsung doesn't seem to include a horizontal alignment feature on this display. .... Anyway, it's fine for now. I don't think it's necessary to switch drivers just yet. btw, is there a tool in base that I can use to grab a screenshot of what X is showing? -- Ted Bullock <[email protected]>
