GENERIC.MP builds and boots fine with both enabled, but I have no

Can anyone test this on real hardware or do we want to just enable it
for users to pick up?

If that works for Michael, I can build and boot-test RAMDISK later on.
Nevermind, also built and booted RAMDISK bsd.rd and miniroot72.img on
a T4-2 guest domain just fine with this.

Feedback? OK?

Not OK, because you haven't actually tested the driver works.
You've only tested that it compiles.

If the mfi driver is added to a snapshot, I will use it because I currently have 2 LSI SAS 9261-8i cards that I would prefer using.  I would really rather use mfi instead of the mpii driver with a LSI SAS 9211-8i card.  I do not have any mfii hardware, but enabling it may be helpful for other people.

My impression is that the arc driver didn't get as much use on sparc64 because the cards are generally expensive (even old used cards shipped from China) and not as popular.
